End-of-Year Giving

Our fiscal year closed last Friday, and 27 families met the $26 for 26 challenge, joining our other generous donors in helping us exceed our goal for 2025-26 with $168,380 in donations! Thank you!
As a direct result of generous giving, we were able to give $33,742 in scholarships to 212 affiliates, provide 140 laptops to support community judges through about 9000 rounds of competition, and make more than 250 connections at outreach events around the country.
So thanks again to the parents, grandparents, friends, community judges, sponsors, family foundations, and employee matching funds who donated to NCFCA Christian Speech & Debate this year. We appreciate you!
Each year the Debate Committee takes your submissions for potential resolutions. Please submit your resolution ideas to the Debate Committee between now and August 31st for the 2027-28 season!
The Safety toggles have been reset for 2026-27. Please update by going to MyPlace.org and selecting Family in the left column. From there, [choose your name from the drop-down menu], select Safety tab, review the affirmation and Safety Policy, and complete the toggles.
Debate Resolution Research Bundles & Event Recordings Available Now in the NCFCA Shop
If you missed the live debate resolution kickoff events, you can purchase the Research Bundles (a trove of resources, notes, and case ideas from each resolution sub-committee) or event recordings for your family or club. Christian Halls: Turn preparation into three college credits
Through Christian Halls, students enrolled in Southeastern University's COMM 1443 can use the NCFCA curriculum, Foundations of Speech, as the learning foundation, then adapt existing work – or plan future NCFCA work – to satisfy three specific college assessment prompts and earn three college credits.
Note: Registration remains open through August 26, 2026; study and assessment preparation begin that day. The confirmed section completes its graded work during Fall B, October 21-December 15. The additional books listed in the syllabus are supplemental, not required.
