As we fully transition to the 2026-27 season, only affiliates will receive this email after October 1. Affiliation ensures you receive news updates and special messages from sponsors, can register for tournaments, and have access to tournament photos and affiliate benefits.
New! You can access tournament photos and all affiliate benefits on your MyPlace dashboard. These buttons, found in the left-hand column, are live NOW and only visible to affiliates!
MyPlace is being updated with tournament details as dates and facilities are secured. The registration request period opens for practice tournaments and the Online National Fall Open on Monday, October 5th. The registration request period for all other tournaments will open on Monday, November 2nd.

Review Registration Updates
Enhancements to MyPlace have resulted in updates to tournament registration for this season. As you prepare to request registration for tournaments, take time to review the Registration details in the Tournament Prep section of the website.
Upcoming Fall Webinars
On Tuesday, October 13th at 7pm CT, join the Programming team for a Digital Presentation Webinar. With a focus on creating dynamic and compelling slides, this webinar will help students create more engaging visuals and enable parents and coaches to give effective feedback at home, in club or class, and on a ballot.
Then, on Thursday, October 29th at 7pm CT members of the Debate Committee will return for another Ask the Coaches webinar. What questions do you have about the resolution, coaching, or academic debate in general for our panel of debate coaches? Submit your questions and register here!
